Abstract

The article presents the role of communication as a competence in the socialisation process of an individual in a social context that is subject to constant transformations. This dynamic creates fluctuating conditions in contemporary socio-cultural reality, which requires acquiring new competences to respond to emerging challenges. On the other hand, the introduction of generative models raises many questions about their use, since technological progress and digitalisation are a prerequisite for the development of communication, which plays an essential role in social processes. This provides an opportunity to re-evaluate educational objectives and the need to address the importance of communication that can be integrated into artificial intelligence, raising many questions for the future of the individual in a new digital society.
